All activities of the Committee are under the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, and the unified management and operation of the Provincial People's Committee, including the coordinated and effective cooperation between central ministries and agencies, as well as the responsibility of departments, agencies, organizations, localities, and units within the province regarding external information activities.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that external information activities in the province must closely adhere to the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations; strictly comply with information security regulations and protect the confidentiality of external information as stipulated in current regulations.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son instructed the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department to synthesize the feedback from the steering committee members, supplement and finalize the content for submission to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for the issuance of the Nghe An Province's External Information Activities Plan for the period 2017-2020, contributing to making external information activities increasingly in-depth and effective.
