At the world's largest shopping mall, the UAE leaders personally greeted visitors and shared a meal. This was seen as a strong message of stability and hospitality from the nation amidst rising regional tensions.

The Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) and the UAE General Directorate of Civil Aviation (GCAA) have issued strict regulations for accommodation. Accordingly, hotels are obligated to provide maximum support and are strictly prohibited from asking guests to check out or deporting them if they are stranded due to an aviation incident. For passengers who are unable to pay, the UAE government has committed to directly paying hotel bills and providing free meals.
An estimated 20,200 passengers received this comprehensive support package. Many international travelers, including Vietnamese tourists, shared positive experiences of staying in 5-star hotels and enjoying quality meals while waiting for their journeys to resume.

Alongside government efforts, private businesses in Dubai have also quickly stepped in. Flora Hospitality Group maintains a policy of not raising prices and guarantees accommodation for guests even when fully booked. Companies like Arabnb and Elan also offer free apartments and nights' stays to ensure no tourists are left behind during this difficult period.

The Ain Dubai Ferris wheel and the Global Village complex have temporarily closed or suspended artistic performances since the beginning of March.
