Drawing conclusions and exchanging experiences in the work of monitoring public opinion.
On the morning of September 19th, in Vinh City, more than 200 collaborators and officials from the Propaganda Department received training on public opinion work.
The training course aims to improve the quality and effectiveness of the work of propaganda staff and public opinion collaborators at all levels, helping to cultivate skills and methods for understanding and guiding public opinion, thereby promptly grasping and reflecting public opinion in the province.
In his opening remarks, Comrade Tran Quoc Khanh, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, affirmed that public opinion work is an important and necessary task to promptly grasp and gather the feelings, will, and aspirations of the people. Therefore, the Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department requested that cadres and collaborators focus on acquiring knowledge and strengthening exchanges to draw lessons learned for practical application.
On the morning of September 19th, Comrade Pham Thu Ha, Director of the Institute of Public Opinion, Central Propaganda Department, provided information on the topic "Methods of grasping, investigating, and guiding public opinion in the new situation".
Through this training session, officials and collaborators were equipped with additional knowledge to effectively carry out their professional duties in public opinion work, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress and the resolutions of party congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term.
This is also an opportunity for social opinion collaborators and propaganda officials to exchange and learn from each other's experiences in social opinion work, build working relationships, and support each other in carrying out their tasks.
