The Investigation Police Department of Quang Ninh Provincial Police has initiated a criminal case, charged the suspect, and issued an arrest warrant for Bui Thi Nhan (born in 1990, permanent residence in Hoa Lac Ward, Mong Cai City; currently residing in Hai Ha District, Quang Ninh Province) for the crime of "Fraudulent appropriation of property"

The Investigation Police Department of Quang Ninh province received complaints from several residents of Quang Ninh province accusing Bui Thi Nhan of fraudulent appropriation of property through loan mobilization.

Based on the documents and evidence collected, the investigating agency determined that from April 2023 to September 2024, Bui Thi Nhan used the tactic of spreading information to raise capital for bank loan refinancing, defrauding many people of a total of approximately 40 billion VND.

To assist in the investigation and resolution of the above case, the Criminal Investigation Agency of the Quang Ninh Provincial Police requests that any individual who has been defrauded by Bui Thi Nhan using the aforementioned methods should report directly to the Criminal Investigation Agency of the Quang Ninh Provincial Police (address: Column 8, Hong Ha Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh) or contact Investigator Bui Hoang Long (Phone number: 0917.751.991) for resolution according to regulations.
