(Baonghean.vn) - After being insulted, Hung and his accomplices took a K50 submachine gun to the hospital and fired four shots at the ceiling before fleeing.
On May 3rd, the Dien Chau District Police announced the arrest of Cao Van Hung, residing in Dien Bich commune, Dien Chau district, for disturbing public order and illegal possession of a firearm.

On the afternoon of April 12th, while attending a wedding in Dien Yen commune, Cao Van Hung's group had a conflict and fight with Pham Trung Hieu (residing in Hamlet 16, Dien Yen commune), resulting in Hieu being injured.
Hung offered to take Hieu to the hospital, but Hieu said, "I despise you." Hieu was then taken by his family to Phu Dien General Hospital for treatment.
That same evening, Hung and his accomplices, armed with K50 submachine guns and round-tipped bullets, went to the emergency room of Phu Dien General Hospital to look for Hieu. Not finding Hieu, Hung fired four shots at the ceiling of the emergency room. After firing, Hung and his accomplices fled the area.
Considering that Hung is a dangerous and violent criminal, frequently using firearms, and has six previous convictions for assault and gambling, the Dien Chau District Police issued an arrest warrant and launched a special investigation to apprehend Hung and his accomplices.

On April 25th, Hung was arrested by the police upon his arrival in Dien Chau. At the police station, Hung confessed to his crimes.
On May 2nd, based on Hung's confession, the Dien Chau District Police seized the gun that Hung used at a resident's house in Hop Thanh commune (Yen Thanh district).
The investigating agency is currently finalizing the indictment against Cao Van Hung for disturbing public order and illegal use of weapons.
