Stop the pilot implementation of the shared Party committee office model.

On the afternoon of October 19th, under the chairmanship of Comrade Nguyen Van Thong – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a meeting with the Party committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office.

Attending the conference were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Le Duc Cuong – Head of the Provincial Party Organization Department; Nguyen Thi Thu Huong – Head of the Provincial Party Propaganda Department; Ngoc Kim Nam – Head of the Provincial Party Mass Mobilization Department; and Ho Le Ngoc – Head of the Provincial Party Internal Affairs Department.

In the third quarter of 2022, the committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office actively implemented their work plans according to their assigned areas, carrying out and completing a large volume of assigned tasks.

Accordingly, the staff committees advise the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee on comprehensively leading and directing all aspects of work. Specifically, they advise the Party committees on directing the preliminary and final reviews of resolutions, directives, regulations, etc., of the Central Government and the province, ensuring proper procedures and quality.

Proactively advise on the content to be submitted to the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee according to the 2022 work program, ensuring progress and content.

Focus on advising on the summary of 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 26-NQ/TW dated July 30, 2013, of the Politburo on the direction and tasks for the development of Nghe An province in 2020.

Providing guidance and direction for organizing the preliminary review of Party work in the first six months of the year and implementing tasks for the last six months of 2022. Reviewing the planning for the 2020-2025 term and developing the planning for the 2025-2030 term.

Proactively drafting, reviewing, and issuing numerous documents, promptly meeting the leadership and guidance requirements of the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee.

Successfully completed the provincial defense and civil defense exercise. Organized the distribution of gifts to underprivileged students in the assigned units. Organized commemorative activities to honor the 75th anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs. Reviewed regular salary increases, salary grade transfers, and implemented policies for grassroots officials and civil servants according to regulations. Provided input on personnel matters within its authority.

Coordinate effectively with relevant departments, agencies, and units; promote administrative reform, innovate working methods and procedures to ensure scientific approach, improve leadership and management efficiency, and enhance the quality of work. Strictly implement working regulations and democratic regulations within the agency. Ensure the well-being, both material and spiritual, of union members, trade union members, and employees.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Nguyen Van Thong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, emphasized that the remaining work for the Party committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office in the last months of the year is immense.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong requested that the departments and the Provincial Party Committee Office focus on and decisively implement the tasks for the fourth quarter of 2022 to complete the set workload.

Comrade Nguyen Van Thong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, stated that the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee has unanimously agreed to discontinue the pilot program of shared Party committee offices, and that Party committees and offices will return to operating under their previous models.

Therefore, Party committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office need to continue strengthening close coordination to resolve difficulties and obstacles, and to compile and hand over assets. At the same time, they should coordinate to further improve the quality of advisory and support work.

In addition, strengthen guidance, inspection, and supervision of the year-end review and ranking of collective and individual emulation achievements; advise on the plan for summarizing Resolution 26 of the Politburo; and review the budget allocation for subordinate units.

At the same time, focus on advising the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee on the inspection topics of the Central Government implemented in the province; handling negative and prominent cases in the province; continuing to review and advise on assigned tasks and contents, ensuring quality and progress, especially some projects, such as the Provincial Party Committee's digitalization project; strengthening the work of understanding the thoughts, aspirations, and feedback of the people, especially regarding hot and pressing issues, in order to advise the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee on timely handling...
