(Baonghean.vn) - While visiting a friend's house, Tai raped his friend's daughter. Overwhelmed with remorse, Tai surrendered to the police two days later.
On January 13th, the Criminal Investigation Agency of Do Luong District Police is holding Nguyen Trong Tai (born in 1986, residing in Trang Son commune, Do Luong district) in custody after he surrendered to the authorities for the crime of child rape.

Tai admitted to raping NTN (born in 2010, residing in the same locality as Tai).
According to the initial investigation by the police, at around 12 PM on January 10, 2019, Tai went to visit Mr. C.'s house (the victim's father). Because he had to go out, Mr. C. asked Tai to stay and look after the house and his child, N., for him.
As soon as Mr. C. went out, Tai invited N. to his grandparents' house to play. There, seeing that no one was home, Tai carried N. to the bed and raped her.
After committing the crime, Nguyen Trong Tai went home. Two days later, Tai surrendered to the Criminal Investigation Department of the Do Luong District Police, confessing to all his crimes.
