These phone numbers are also available on Zalo, Viber, etc.
This is a channel connecting traffic police chiefs with the public, where feedback on traffic violations, traffic accidents, and shortcomings in traffic management is received, and suggestions from individuals and organizations regarding the activities of the traffic police force are listened to.
To facilitate verification and processing of received information, individuals and organizations should send relevant information, images, video clips, audio files, etc., via text message to the phone number or through the Zalo or Viber platform.
