Testing positive for drugs, driver in Nghe An fined 35 million VND
Standing Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Bui Thanh An signed a decision to administratively sanction Mr. LVH (born in 1986), residing in Chau Binh commune, Quy Chau district.
The penalty decision dated April 14 clearly stated that Mr. LVH drove a car with license plate 37H-070.xx on the road while having drugs in his body (body test results were positive for drugs).

For this act, Mr. LVH was administratively fined 35 million VND according to the provisions of Point c, Clause 11, Article 6, Decree 168/2024/ND-CP dated December 26, 2024 of the Government; Clause 4, Article 23, Law on Handling of Administrative Violations (amended and supplemented in 2020).
In addition, Mr. LVH's FC class driving license was revoked for a period of 23 months from the effective date of the decision.
