Singer Ngoc Son's younger brother received unexpected good news

At the 31st session of the People's Council of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, term VII, former singer Ngoc Hai - Chairman of the Provincial Tourism Association unexpectedly received a Certificate of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee for his outstanding achievements in performing tasks, contributing to improving the quality of the People's Council's activities.
