Singer Ngoc Son's younger brother receives unexpected good news.

At the 31st session of the 7th term of the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial People's Council, former singer Ngoc Hai - Chairman of the Provincial Tourism Association - unexpectedly received a Certificate of Commendation from the Provincial People's Committee for his outstanding achievements in carrying out tasks and contributing to improving the quality of the People's Council's activities.

He is also a member of the People's Council, President of the Vietnam Tourism Club, President of the Tourism Association, and President of the Young Entrepreneurs Association in the locality.
