EU predicted to collapse due to fault of one of its founding countries
(Baonghean.vn) - Of all the dangers, Germany is the biggest threat to the European Union (EU), according to journalist Moritz Enders, columnist for Deutsche Wirtschafts Nachrichten (DWN).
In his opinion, in the future, separatist forces will begin to dominate the European Union, due to the influence of the United States, Russia and China. At the same time, Enders called for not forgetting the geopolitical plans of the United Kingdom, which recently left the EU. The journalist noted that recently the foreign policy pursued by London is less and less in line with the interests of a united Europe.

However, as the observer notes, despite external challenges, the biggest threat to the European Union comes from the bloc's "failed security and energy policy."
In an article published in DWN Magazine, it is said that this policy could lead to the deindustrialization of the EU's "economic locomotive" - Germany. "In this country, up to 6 million jobs could disappear" - the author of the article predicts.
The history of the formation of the European Union began in 1951 with the formation of the European Coal and Steel Community, founded by six countries - Germany, France, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
