Jaguar's first SUV, the F-Pace, has officially arrived in Vietnam.

Jaguar's first luxury sports crossover, the F-Pace, has officially arrived in the Vietnamese market with many attractive features.

As Jaguar's first foray into the increasingly thriving crossover segment, the F-Pace retains the British automaker's tradition but boasts significantly larger dimensions than its predecessors. In Vietnam, it will compete directly with its German neighbor, the Porsche Macan, as both models, in terms of brand value, are somewhat superior to the average luxury car on the market today.

The Jaguar F-Pace has dimensions of 4,731 x 2,175 x 1,652 mm (length x width x height) and a wheelbase of 2,874 mm. This 5-seater mid-size crossover is built on the same Lightweight Aluminum Architecture platform as its XE/XF siblings, resulting in a lightweight and agile vehicle.

The car's design is inspired by the F-Type, a high-performance sports car with distinctive body lines, grille, air intakes, LED headlights, and taillights. Meanwhile, the 22-inch alloy wheels are inspired by the C-X17 concept. The interior isn't overly modern, but it is upscale and refined.

Notably, at the center of the dashboard is a large 12.3-inch screen combined with Infotainment InControl Touch Pro technology. The car is also equipped with 4-zone air conditioning, USB and HDMI/MHL connectivity, a 12V charging port, and the ability to create a Wi-Fi hotspot for up to 8 devices via a mobile SIM card. The luggage compartment has a volume of 650 liters, enough for two golf bags or 4 large suitcases; if the rear seats are folded down, it can reach 1,740 liters.

It would be a mistake to mention Jaguar without mentioning its performance capabilities. The F-Pace is equipped with a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 engine producing 340 horsepower at 6,500 rpm and 450 Nm of torque at 4,500 rpm. Combined with an 8-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, the car promises excellent performance in various terrains. This is especially true when supported by adaptive traction control technology to ensure safety and a smooth ride.

The arrival of the F-Pace in Vietnam is considered relatively late compared to many other markets, but unfortunately, the distributor has yet to announce the official price. However, according to various sources, the price will range from 3.6 to 4.9 billion VND depending on the version. It should be added that all four versions of the Jaguar F-Pace distributed in Vietnam use the same engine, differing only in terms of convenience features.
