Fellaini suspended after headbutting Aguero
The English Football Association (FA) has sent a warning to the Man Utd midfielder and banned him from playing the next three Premier League matches.
The FA have reviewed footage of the incident that led to Marouane Fellaini's red card and decided not to impose further punishment. Fellaini has been banned for three matches for the straight red card.
The Belgian midfielder will therefore miss the matches against Swansea, Arsenal and Tottenham. This will be a big loss for Man Utd when a series of other key players are injured.

In addition to the penalty, the FA also sent a warning letter to Fellaini, noting that the Man Utd midfielder should consider his future actions.
Fellaini was sent off in the 84th minute of the Manchester derby. Nineteen seconds after receiving a yellow card for a foul on Sergio Aguero, Fellaini sent the Argentine striker down again by headbutting his opponent.
Fellaini complained to referee Martin Atkinson and then the fourth official because he thought Aguero was "acting".
"If Aguero hadn't fallen, there would have been no red card. But Fellaini created the opportunity for him. So I think this is a situation where half of the player deserved a card, and half of it was an experienced and wise Argentine player," Jose Mourinho commented on the collision.
Man Utd are currently fifth in the Premier League, two points behind third-placed Liverpool and with a game in hand. The chance of progressing into the top four is still in Mourinho's hands. This weekend, Man Utd will play at home to relegation-threatened Swansea.
