The new Ford EcoSport is priced at 654 million VND.

The American automaker has just released the EcoSport Titanium Black Edition from its factory located in Hai Duong province.

The EcoSport Titanium Black Edition features several changes and additions to its exterior design.

This is an upgraded version of the premium Titanium model, which has been available in the Vietnamese market since mid-2014.

The EcoSport Titanium Black Edition features several changes and additions to its exterior design. These include sporty decals and details such as the grille, mirror covers, alloy wheels, and roof rails, all finished in gloss black paint.

The interior maximizes headroom and legroom for passengers. This version is designed by Ford with 20 storage compartments for added convenience, including a compartment that can hold six cans of cold drinks.

The rear seats are more versatile than previous versions, with the ability to recline or fold down to increase cargo space to 705 liters, enough to fit a washing machine.

The EcoSport Titanium Black Edition uses a 1.5-liter Duratec Ti-VCT 4-cylinder gasoline engine, producing a maximum power of 110 horsepower at 6,300 rpm and a maximum torque of 140 Nm at 4,400 rpm. The Titanium Black Edition features added E20 blend fuel support, making it fully compatible with the new Vietnamese E5 Ron 92 standard. It uses a 6-speed automatic transmission.

The car is equipped with a smart locking system and keyless entry. This function allows users to open the car door by pulling the door handle and start the engine with a push button without needing to insert a key.

The SYNC smart connectivity and voice control technology continues to be a notable feature of this urban SUV. SYNC is currently available on 15 million Ford vehicles globally and is estimated to have over 43 million vehicles equipped with SYNC by the end of 2020.

The Ford SYNC system allows drivers to keep their hands on the steering wheel and their eyes on the road while still being able to select their favorite music from connected devices via Bluetooth or USB and make phone calls using voice commands.

The EcoSport Titanium Black Edition is manufactured at the Ford Hai Duong plant and became available on the market starting in September 2016 with a retail price of 654 million VND.
