After much speculation about the return ofBroncoFord confirms the next generation ofThis off-road SUV model will be available on the market in 2020.

"The Ranger is for customers who demand a reliable, affordable pickup truck with a durable engine. The Bronco will be a groundbreaking 4x4 SUV for those seeking freedom and a break from the city."Joe Hinrichs, cThe president of Ford America commented on the two new products.

It's still too early for Ford to release information about the design and engines of the Bronco and Ranger. However, the fact that they are produced at the same factory and have close launch dates has fueled speculation that the Bronco is an SUV version developed from the Ranger pickup truck platform.

The Bronco was an SUV model produced from 1966. After five generations, Ford discontinued the Bronco and replaced it with the Expedition in 1996. Its two-door design, large size, and muscular build helped establish it as one of the iconic SUVs of the American automaker.

The Ford Ranger was also a pickup truck that appeared in the US from the early 1980s to 2011. The trend favoring larger pickup trucks meant that the Ranger wasn't necessarily needed there. However, Ford's pickup truck remains a success in many markets. Even in Vietnam, the Ranger currently has no rivals in terms of sales.
