According to information from the video, the time of which is currently undetermined, while traveling on Le Loi Street, near Cua Bac Market, in Vinh City, the man driving the motorbike with license plate 37N6 - 2704 turned on the turn signal to change lanes to the inside, then suddenly leaned back, at the same time raising both arms and legs to the sky to let the motorbike move freely.
