Trang used her hands to hit Binh in the face, grabbed her hair, and used her feet to hit her. People tried to stop her, but Trang continued to beat Binh. Only when everyone pulled her away did Trang stop.
On January 3, Thu Duc City Police (Ho Chi Minh City) initiated a criminal case, prosecuted and temporarily detained Nguyen Thuy Trang (born 1988, residing in Thu Duc City) for intentionally causing injury.
Previously, at 8:35 p.m. on December 30, 2024, Trang drove a motorbike carrying Mr. T. (born in 1988, residing in Thu Duc City) on Kha Van Can Street, from Uu Dam Pagoda to Pham Van Dong Street, in Hiep Binh Chanh Ward. At the train crossing at Km 1717+600 on Kha Van Can Street (Hiep Binh Chanh Ward), they encountered a train moving from Thu Duc City to Saigon Station.

At this time, Ms. Hoang Thi Binh (born in 1976) was an employee who was in charge of blocking the train barrier to ensure the safety of the railway corridor. At the same time, a man and a woman (unknown identity) were stuck inside. A moment later, a young man wearing a motorbike taxi shirt (unknown identity) stood next to the barrier and lifted the barrier so that the man and woman could drive towards Uu Dam Pagoda. Therefore, Ms. Binh told the young man to stop and an argument broke out.

At this time, Trang parked her car next to the train barrier and had a verbal argument with Ms. Binh about the incident. Then, Trang used her hands to hit Ms. Binh in the face, grabbed her hair, and used her feet to hit Ms. Binh. People tried to stop her, but Trang continued to hit Ms. Binh. Only when everyone pulled away did Trang stop.
After the incident, Ms. Binh went to Thu Duc City Hospital for emergency treatment, then went to the police station to report and file a request for criminal proceedings against Trang. At the police station, Trang admitted to the above actions.
