A young female prostitute in her 20s tricked and sold two women to a brothel in China.
The suspect Chi tricked two girls into being sold to China for 20,000 Yuan.
On November 20th, the Investigation Police Department of Lang Son province announced that it had issued a decision to initiate a criminal case, indict the suspect, and order the temporary detention of Thi Thi Hoa Chi (born in 1994), residing in Gia Cat commune, Cao Loc district, Lang Son province, for the crime of human trafficking.
Earlier, around September 2015, the police received a complaint from a victim alleging that she had been tricked and sold to China by a woman named Hoa. Through investigation, the police located the suspect's whereabouts; however, Chi was not present in the area.
On November 16, 2016, based on intelligence, the police learned that the suspect was present in Gia Cat commune, so they organized an arrest to facilitate the investigation.

During questioning, Chi confessed that in early April 2015, she illegally crossed the border into China to work as a prostitute in several brothels. After some time, she married a Chinese man and conspired to traffic women for money.
After discussing the matter, Chi came up with a plan to return to Vietnam to find women to trick and sell into prostitution rings in China. After returning to Vietnam for a while, Chi successfully tricked two girls into being sold to China for 20,000 Yuan.
The Lang Son Provincial Police Investigation Agency is currently continuing to investigate and clarify the case.
