9X pretty girl quits her job to return to her hometown to start a business and raise wild pigs
Quitting her job as a worker in an industrial park, Ms. Dong Thi Dien (born in 1991) returned to her hometown to start a business and has been successful in raising wild boars. Five years ago, Ms. Dong Thi Dien in A Le village, Cuong Son commune, Luc Nam district, Bac Giang province was a diligent worker in the industrial park. She went to work every day, and at the end of the month, she received a meager salary, not enough to buy milk for her child. After several years of working hard for hire, Dien was tired and had a different thought, she could not work for hire like this until she was old.

At that time, Dien was married. Dien discussed with her husband about starting a business at home by raising livestock. Hearing his wife say that, Dien's husband's eyes widened, not believing that his wife could do that job. And of course, at that time, her husband was afraid that his wife would have a hard time, so he did not support her much. "I thought differently, I went online to find information. And finally, I decided to choose the field of raising specialty animals, specifically wild boars," Dien shared.
Dien used the garden behind his house to raise wild pigs. There were times when the herd reached 300 pigs.
In 2014, a pretty worker from A Le village quit her job to raise pigs at home. Without capital, Dien chose to raise 3 animals: free-range chickens, wild boars and a herd of 3 cows. During the first year, Dien monitored and calculated, wild boars brought the highest profit. Moreover, raising wild boars takes advantage of local agricultural by-products. The price of pigs is high, over 100,000 VND/kg. According to Dien's calculations, 1 wild boar eats 3,000 VND of food/day. Raising wild boars for a whole year, when selling wild boars, after deducting expenses, she still makes a nice profit of millions.
One year, two years passed, Dien completely switched to raising wild boars. Dien learned all the techniques of raising wild boars and building barns on the Internet and social networks. When the wild boars were ready to be sold, Dien also posted them on social networks to sell. Unexpectedly, this method helped Dien succeed beyond his expectations. Customers from everywhere placed orders. From a few pigs at first, there were times when the herd of wild boars grew to 300. Not only did Dien's family scale, he also linked up with surrounding households, providing breeds and taking care of output.
Ms. Dien boldly quit her job as a factory worker to raise pigs at home. Now, Ms. Dien's farm earns hundreds of millions of dong in profit each year.
This linkage method has helped Dien have enough goods to supply to customers. "Up to now, I never have enough pigs to sell. I still want to continue expanding the linkage to raise animals. Compared to other animals, raising wild pigs is the most leisurely, they are almost disease-free, and the output is wide open," Ms. Dien shared.
