The international version of the Galaxy S26 Plus has leaked performance scores, revealing it features the Exynos 2600 chip and Android 16.
Data from Geekbench confirms that the global version of the Galaxy S26 Plus will use the Exynos 2600 processor, coupled with 12GB of RAM and the Android 16 operating system, ahead of its launch on February 25th.
Samsung has just leaked important technical information about the international version of its flagship Galaxy S26 Plus through the Geekbench performance benchmarking platform. According to the latest data, the successor to the S25 series will continue to maintain its processor segmentation strategy, with the majority of global markets receiving the variant running its own Exynos chip.

The device that appeared on Geekbench, with the model number SM-S947B, has been identified as the international version of the Galaxy S26 Plus. The specifications reveal the presence of the s5e9965 chipset, which is the codename for the Exynos 2600 series. It also comes with 12GB of RAM, ensuring powerful multitasking capabilities for high-end users.
Notably, the Galaxy S26 Plus is being tested on Android 16 with the One UI 8.5 interface. In performance tests on Geekbench 6.5, the device achieved 2,304 single-core points and 9,015 multi-core points. Although these are only early tests, these results show good hardware optimization, promising smooth performance for demanding tasks and high-graphics gaming.

Samsung's dual-chipset strategy
The appearance of the Exynos chip on the international version reinforces the hypothesis that Samsung will continue to use two different chip lines depending on the market. While the Korean and international versions use the Exynos 2600, the US market will most likely be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. Previously, the standard Galaxy S26 variant in the US was also spotted running a Snapdragon chip on the same performance benchmarking platform.
In terms of design, leaked images show that the Galaxy S26 Plus has a slight change in the rear camera module, switching to a unibody design, creating a more refined and seamless feel compared to its predecessor.

Expected specifications and release date
The Galaxy S26 Plus is expected to be officially unveiled at the Galaxy Unpacked event on February 25th. In the Vietnamese market, the product may be available in stores in early March. Below is a comparison table of the expected specifications between the Galaxy S26 Plus and the current generation Galaxy S25 Plus:
