Nearly 1,000 Ky Son students have job opportunities at Cienco 4
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of May 27, the People's Committee of Ky Son district, the Central College of Transport, and Cienco 4 Group held a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement on training and human resource supply.
Also attending were representatives from the Department of Education and Training, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and a number of relevant departments, branches and sectors.
This is the first time the signing of cooperation in training and supplying labor force between the three units has been organized. Accordingly, every year, the three units will jointly agree to coordinate in recruiting, organizing training, supplying and receiving human resources to meet the requirements of vocational training and introducing jobs for workers who have graduated from secondary school or higher in Ky Son district.

Through this program, starting from the 2017-2018 school year, each year the Central College of Transport will train 150-200 people from Ky Son district. The training is carried out in a full-time, concentrated form and based on the actual needs of Cienco 4 Group and the learners.
By participating in the program, students will receive a 100% tuition exemption for intermediate-level training programs and a 70% tuition reduction for college-level training.

On the side of Cienco 4 Group, from 2018 to 2021, it is expected to receive 840 graduates from the school, most of whom are in occupations such as: road and bridge construction, welding, steel reinforcement - welding, bridge installation... with an average salary of about 7,000,000 VND/person.
The cooperation program is of utmost importance. Through it, it not only helps the workers of the poor district of Ky Son have the opportunity to study and find stable jobs. At the same time, it opens a new direction in training, especially training linked to the needs of businesses and social needs.
