Nearly 1000 students from Ky Son have job opportunities at Cienco 4.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of May 27th, the People's Committee of Ky Son district, the Central Vietnam College of Transportation, and Cienco 4 Group held a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement on training and human resource supply.
Also attending were representatives from the Department of Education and Training, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and a number of other relevant departments and agencies.
This is the first time a cooperation agreement on training and supplying labor has been signed between the three units. Accordingly, every year, the three units will jointly agree to coordinate recruitment, organize training, and supply and accept human resources to meet the vocational training requirements and introduce jobs for workers who have graduated from junior high school or higher in Ky Son district.

Through this program, starting from the 2017-2018 academic year, the Central Vietnam College of Transport will train 150-200 students from Ky Son district each year. The training will be conducted in a formal, full-time format and based on the actual needs of Cienco 4 Group and the students.
By participating in the program, students will receive a 100% tuition fee waiver for intermediate-level training programs and a 70% tuition fee reduction for college-level training programs.

On the part of Cienco 4 Group, from 2018 to 2021, it is expected to recruit 840 graduates from the school, with the largest number in fields such as: bridge and road construction, welding, steel reinforcement - welding, bridge installation, etc., with an average salary of approximately 7,000,000 VND per person.
This cooperation program is extremely important. It not only helps workers in the impoverished Ky Son district have the opportunity to learn and find stable employment, but also opens up a new direction in training, especially training linked to the needs of businesses and society.
