Nearly 200 martial arts students of the Phat Quang Quyen school are taking belt promotion exams in Nghe An.

(Baonghean.vn) - Ngày 27/11, hàng trăm võ sinh môn phái Phật Quang Quyền từ nhiều địa phương trên cả nước đã về dự thi lên đai tại võ đường Phật Quang, thuộc chùa Viên Quang ở xã Nam Thanh (Nam Đàn).

Nearly 200 martial arts students from five provinces and cities across the country—Hanoi, Hue, Quang Binh, Da Nang, and Nghe An—participated in the beginner and intermediate belt promotion exams for the Phat Quang Quan martial arts school at Vien Quang Pagoda. The judging panel came from the Phat Quang Zen Monastery in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.

The competition provided martial arts students with valuable knowledge about martial arts, opportunities to interact, and the chance to admire elaborate and visually stunning martial arts forms. More profoundly, it aimed to contribute to the revival of traditional martial arts, especially Phật Quang Quyền (Buddha Light Fist) in Nghe An, motivating students to practice and strive for excellence, as well as assessing and evaluating the skill and training spirit of the students.
