(Baonghean) - Established in 2012, the Faculty of Business Administration is one of the youngest faculties at Nghe An University of Economics. However, with a large and young faculty, it is one of the faculties with great potential for development.
Currently, the Faculty of Business Administration has a total of 27 staff members, including 2 PhDs, 7 doctoral candidates, 6 master's degree holders, and 10 bachelor's degree holders. With nearly 800 enrollment slots per year, the faculty currently offers undergraduate programs in Economics, Agricultural Economics, Investment Economics, International Economics, Business Administration, Tourism Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, and International Business Administration. In addition, it offers master's degree programs in Economic Management and Business Administration.

In particular, the department focuses on training in several specialized management fields such as: Tourism Business Management, Travel Management, Hotel Management, Human Resources Management, and Financial Management. In addition to core professional training, students are also trained in specialized English to increase their job opportunities upon graduation.
The Faculty also regularly conducts numerous scientific research projects and transfers technology to businesses, socio-economic organizations, and state economic management agencies in the Central region; provides consulting and training services to update and enhance the knowledge and professional skills of entrepreneurs or managers of socio-economic organizations and localities. Simultaneously, it collaborates with other universities, research institutes, and governmental and non-governmental organizations both domestically and internationally to carry out training, scientific research, and development projects.
To facilitate students' learning process, the faculty has partnered with businesses to provide internship opportunities; simultaneously, it connects with businesses in recruiting and training students according to their needs. Annually, the faculty also organizes extracurricular activities such as seminars and knowledge competitions to help students enhance basic skills such as presentation, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
After graduation, Business Administration students can be employed in a number of positions such as: investment planning staff, human resources staff, sales staff, administrative staff, sales planning staff, system development staff, business staff, import/export staff, etc.
