Meet the 'Winning Stars'
(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of August 20, the Provincial Military Command organized a night of exchange of typical advanced models "Stars of Victory". The program welcomed the Emulation Congress of the Provincial Armed Forces for the period 2013 - 2018. The Organizing Committee also awarded 60 million VND to support the two districts of Ky Son and Tuong Duong to overcome the consequences of floods.
Attending the exchange night were Major General Tran Vo Dung - Political Commissar of Military Region 4; Major General Tran Minh Thanh - Political Commissar of Military Region 4. In addition, the exchange night also had 51 delegates representing typical advanced collectives and individuals in the emulation movement to win of the provincial armed forces in the period 2013 - 2018, along with more than 700 delegates who are officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces.

The night began with exciting performances by representatives of the provincial armed forces. The organizers then presented flags and certificates of merit to several units with outstanding performances.

At the exchange night, Lieutenant Colonel Thai Duc Hanh - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, along with two typical faces including Comrade Hoang Thi Thanh Loan - Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Military Command of Hung Binh Ward, Captain Tran Dinh Hung, engineering assistant (Staff Department, Provincial Military Command), shared their experiences in the emulation movement to win.
Comrade Hoang Thi Thanh Loan won the first prize in the Provincial Competition for Excellent Commune and Ward Political Commissars and the second prize at the Military Region level. Meanwhile, Captain Hung has been an emulation fighter for many years due to his contributions in initiatives and technical improvements, representing the spirit of overcoming difficulties, daring to think, daring to do….

The emulation congress of the provincial armed forces for the period 2013 - 2018, with the theme "Solidarity, creativity, determination to win" will be held on the morning of August 21. Also at the welcoming night of this congress, the Provincial Military Command supported the two districts of Ky Son and Tuong Duong with 60 million VND. These are the two localities that suffered heavy damage in the recent floods.
