In addition, the exchange night also included 51 delegates representing exemplary collectives and individuals in the emulation movement for decisive victory of the provincial armed forces during the period 2013-2018, along with more than 700 delegates who are officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces.

The evening's cultural exchange began with lively performances by representatives of the provincial armed forces. The organizers then presented flags and certificates of merit to several units with outstanding performances.

At the exchange event, Lieutenant Colonel Thai Duc Hanh – Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, along with two exemplary individuals, including Comrade Hoang Thi Thanh Loan – Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Military Command of Hung Binh Ward, and Captain Tran Dinh Hung, engineering assistant (Staff Department, Provincial Military Command), shared their experiences in the emulation movement for decisive victory.

Comrade Hoang Thi Thanh Loan won first prize at the provincial-level competition for outstanding commune/ward political commissars and second prize at the Military Region level. The Provincial Armed Forces' Emulation Congress for the period 2013-2018, themed "Unity, Creativity, and Victory," will be held on the morning of August 21st. Also at this celebratory event, the Provincial Military Command provided 60 million VND in support to Ky Son and Tuong Duong districts, two areas severely affected by the recent floods.
