When it comes to the teaching profession, for Tran Thu Trang, it's all about "passion." Having been a literature student at Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted, and born and raised in a family with a strong teaching tradition (her mother is a literature teacher, and her aunts and uncles are all educators), Trang has dreamed of becoming a literature teacher since she was a child. For Trang, teaching literature means "nurturing the dreams in the hearts of her students, helping them appreciate and love literature, love people, and love life more." Later, as she studied Literature Education at Vinh University, that passion grew stronger than ever.

For three consecutive years, Trang consistently won top prizes in the faculty and university-level pedagogical skills competition. This demonstrates that she is not only passionate about teaching and an excellent student, but also possesses many innate qualities for the teaching profession.

Moreover, with her serious attitude towards studying, Trang consistently achieved the title of outstanding student and "5 Good Student" for many years. She was honored to be admitted to the Party when she was only in her second year of university, becoming the youngest Party member at that time.

Trang shared: “During my university years, the professors of the Faculty of Literature - Vinh University not only imparted knowledge to me but also equipped me with solid pedagogical skills.”

Speaking about the teaching profession, Trang always cherishes the idea: "There is a profession with chalk dust clinging to the hands, yet people say it's the purest profession. There is a profession that plants flowers in the soil, and they bloom for the world with fragrant blossoms." This young woman always aspires to contribute her efforts to the cause of "nurturing young minds" for the country. Thu Trang always sets a goal for herself to become a lecturer, not only imparting knowledge but also becoming a companion to generations of students.

During her four years in university, Thu Trang held the positions of Class Youth Union Secretary and Vice-Chairperson of the Faculty of Literature's Student Association. With her talent for hosting events, Trang always took on the role of MC in major faculty activities, a job she enjoyed. In addition, Tran Thu Trang also has a passion for contemporary folk dance and participates in cultural and artistic activities for students.

As a student union leader, Thu Trang, along with the Executive Committee of the Faculty of Literature's Student Union, actively built clubs and groups such as the Literature and Arts Club, the Journalism Club, and the Folklore Club. These are specific activities closely related to students' majors in the faculty, aiming to create extracurricular activities that both help students relax after stressful study hours and provide an environment for students to practice their professional skills.

Sharing her life philosophy, she believes that in any profession, a serious and meticulous attitude is necessary. One must be diligent in learning, innovating, and contributing to create practical value for oneself and society.
