Coffee prices today, September 18, are at 120,000 - 121,500 VND/kg, sharply decreasing following the trend of gold prices. World coffee prices have fallen sharply while waiting for the Fed's decision.
Domestic coffee prices today
Domestic coffee prices today, September 15, 2025, in the Central Highlands region decreased sharply compared to yesterday, fluctuating between 120,000 - 121,500 VND/kg.
Accordingly, traders in the old Dak Nong region are purchasing coffee at the highest price of 121,500 VND/kg, a sharp decrease of 1,300 VND/kg compared to yesterday.
Similarly, coffee price in Dak Lak province is 121,200 VND/kg, down 1,500 VND/kg compared to yesterday.
Coffee prices in Gia Lai province decreased by VND1,500/kg compared to yesterday and were traded at VND121,000/kg.
In Lam Dong province, coffee prices decreased by VND2,200/kg compared to yesterday and are at VND120,000/kg.

Coffee prices today fell sharply following the decline in world gold prices. Specifically, the world gold price recorded at 4:00 a.m. on September 18, Vietnam time, was 3,680.68 USD/ounce. This afternoon's gold price decreased by 1.06 USD/ounce compared to yesterday. Converted according to the USD exchange rate at Vietcombank (26,457 VND/USD), world gold is priced at about 117.4 million VND/tael (excluding taxes and fees).
World gold prices continue to fluctuate around record highs. However, the market is facing strong resistance while waiting for the decision after the Fed meeting, making the price trend more unpredictable.
World coffee prices today
At the close of trading on September 17, on the London Stock Exchange, the online price of Robusta coffee futures contract for September 2025 delivery reached 4,999 USD/ton, down 0.85% (43 USD/ton) compared to yesterday. The futures contract for November 2025 delivery decreased 5.46% (261 USD/ton), down to 4,520 USD/ton.

On the New York Stock Exchange, the price of Arabica coffee for delivery in September 2025 decreased by 2.34% (10.1 US cents/pound) compared to yesterday, to 422.25 US cents/pound. The contract for delivery in December 2025 decreased by 5.55% (22.75 US cents/pound), to 386.6 US cents/pound.

On the Brazilian exchange, the price of Arabica coffee for delivery in September 2025 decreased by 6.26% (33.9 US cents/pound) compared to yesterday, to 506.5 US cents/pound. The contract for delivery in December 2025 decreased by 4.03% (19.95 US cents/pound) to 473.5 US cents/pound.
