Coffee prices today, September 22nd, are at 110,800 - 111,500 VND/kg, closing the week with a shocking drop of 9,000 VND/kg. This week's coffee price volatility is the highest in the past four years.
Domestic coffee prices today
Domestic coffee prices in the Central Highlands region today, September 22, 2025, remain unchanged compared to yesterday, fluctuating between 110,800 and 111,500 VND/kg.
Accordingly, traders in the former Dak Nong region are buying coffee at the highest price of 111,500 VND/kg, unchanged from yesterday.
Similarly, the price of coffee in Dak Lak province remains unchanged from yesterday at 111,500 VND/kg.
Coffee prices in Gia Lai province remained unchanged compared to yesterday, trading at 111,200 VND/kg.
In Lam Dong province, coffee prices remained unchanged compared to yesterday, at 110,800 VND/kg.

At the end of last week, coffee prices in the Central Highlands region fell sharply by 8700 to 9000 VND/kg compared to the previous week. Specifically, coffee prices in Dak Nong, Gia Lai, and Lam Dong decreased by 9000 VND/kg last week, while Dak Lak recorded a decrease of 8700 VND/kg.
Overall for the week, domestic coffee prices decreased by an average of 8900 VND/kg, equivalent to 7.4%. During the same period, world Robusta prices closed the week at 4135 USD/ton, a decrease of 466 USD/ton, or 10%.
Domestic supply is dwindling, and farmers are reluctant to sell at the new prices. As a result, the rate of price drop domestically is slower than the global rate. Currently, domestic prices are about 2000 VND/kg higher than international prices.
World coffee prices today
At the close of trading on September 22nd, on the London Stock Exchange, the online price of robusta coffee futures contracts for September 2025 delivery reached US$4353/ton, down 6.69% (US$312/ton) compared to yesterday. The November 2025 futures contract fell 7.02% (US$312/ton), to US$4153/ton.

On the New York Stock Exchange, the price of Arabica coffee for December 2025 delivery fell 4.07% (15.55 US cents/pound) compared to yesterday, to 365.3 US cents/pound. The March 2026 contract fell 4.15% (15 US cents/pound), reaching 346.25 US cents/pound.

On the Brazilian exchange, the price of Arabica coffee for December 2025 delivery fell 1.1% (4.85 US cents/pound) compared to yesterday, to 432.95 US cents/pound. The March 2026 contract fell 0.98% (4.3 US cents/pound), reaching 429 US cents/pound.
