Coffee prices today, December 30, 2025: Domestic prices have fallen sharply by 1500 to 2000 VND/kg, amidst a contrasting picture of Arabica and Robusta on the world market.
Domestic coffee prices maintain high levels at the end of the year.
Coffee prices today, December 30, 2025, fluctuate between 95,000 and 96,500 VND/kg. Domestic prices remain high despite pressure from London market developments throughout the year. Compared to the beginning of the year, domestic coffee prices have decreased by approximately 20,000 VND/kg, reflecting a downward trend for Robusta coffee in 2025.
In Lam Dong province, coffee is being purchased at 95,000 VND/kg in the Di Linh, Lam Ha, and Bao Loc areas. Dak Lak province recorded a price of 96,500 VND/kg in Cu M'gar, Ea H'leo, and Buon Ho, continuing to be among the highest prices in the Central Highlands region.
In Dak Nong, coffee prices reached 96,500 VND/kg, while in Gia Nghia and Dak R'lap, prices were commonly around 96,400 VND/kg. Gia Lai recorded 96,300 VND/kg in Chu Prong, while Pleiku and La Grai traded around 96,200 VND/kg. The Kon Tum area also maintained a price of 96,300 VND/kg.
Vietnam's coffee exports reach unprecedented milestone.
2025 is considered a historic milestone for Vietnam's coffee industry. For the first time, export turnover will not only exceed the target of $6 billion but is also expected to reach and surpass $8 billion, an increase of nearly 60% compared to the previous year.
The main driving force comes from the record-high export prices of coffee. On average throughout the year, export prices reached over $5,600 per ton, at times soaring to nearly $5,850 per ton. In the last three years, Vietnam's export coffee prices have consistently remained high and stable around $5,500 per ton.

Arabica prices surge, while Robusta prices stand in contrast.
The year 2025 saw a contrasting picture for the two main coffee varieties on the world market. Arabica coffee prices rose significantly, while Robusta faced downward pressure. This trend directly impacted the domestic market, where coffee prices are closely tied to developments on the London exchange.
Nevertheless, in the last week of the year, world coffee prices showed signs of recovery. On the London exchange, Robusta for January 2026 delivery rose to $4,035 per ton, while the March 2026 contract reached $3,903 per ton.
On the New York exchange, Arabica coffee for March 2026 delivery rose to 352.35 cents/lb, while the May 2026 contract reached 336.8 cents/lb.
Advanced processing enhances the value of Vietnamese coffee.
Experts believe Vietnam is benefiting from a double advantage: high global coffee prices and stable domestic production. The increasing proportion of processed products has contributed to higher export value and reduced dependence on raw material exports.
A notable highlight is that for the first time, the export value of processed coffee reached $1 billion. The shift from exporting quantity to exporting value has helped increase the profits of coffee growers by 2-3 times compared to previous years, creating a positive foundation for the Vietnamese coffee industry to enter a new phase.
