(Baonghean.vn) - The Criminal Police Department (Nghe An Provincial Police) received many reports from people about a subject who introduced himself as an officer of Nghe An Police to defraud and appropriate property, by deceiving people into running projects and bidding for land. Many people gave money to the subject, but the work was still not resolved.
