According to an investigator, in 2015, Mr. Vu Minh Khoi participated in the online game "Three Kingdoms", made friends and talked with an account.

When Mr. Khoi asked if this account was male or female, the person said she was a girl, named Pham Thi My Luong, in Duc Hoa district, Long An.

This person also sent Mr. Khoi a picture of a very beautiful woman. After that, My Luong invited Mr. Khoi to invest in shrimp farming in Ca Mau. Because he was not familiar with the terrain and did not understand shrimp farming, Mr. Khoi refused.

Unable to cooperate with Mr. Khoi in the investment, My Luong begged Mr. Khoi to lend her money to invest, promising to pay it back by October 2015. Mr. Khoi agreed and lent My Luong 39 million VND.

However, on the due date, My Luong was nowhere to be found, so Mr. Khoi went to the Bac Tu Liem district police station to report.

During the investigation, the investigation agency determined that the girl named My Luong was Pham Thien Minh (25 years old), residing in Tran Thoi commune, Cai Nuoc district, Ca Mau province.

On November 29, 2016, the Investigation Police Agency of Bac Tu Liem District Police issued an order to prosecute the case and prosecute Pham Thien Minh to investigate and clarify the act of fraud and property appropriation.

The Investigation Police Agency of Bac Tu Liem District summoned Minh to the police station for investigation, but he quickly fled his residence. Even on Tet holiday, when he heard that his father had broken his leg, Minh did not dare to return home for fear of being arrested.

After many summonses, Minh went into hiding and did not appear, causing difficulties for the investigation. Therefore, on February 17, 2017, the Investigation Police Agency of Bac Tu Liem District Police issued a nationwide wanted warrant for Pham Thien Minh.

Using professional measures, on February 21, the investigation force of Bac Tu Liem District Police discovered and arrested Pham Thien Minh while he was holding a job application at a factory in Duc Hoa District, Long An Province, and extradited him to Hanoi to serve the investigation./.
