Market trend analysis and forecasting
The price movements of live pigs on April 7th show that the market has officially entered a recovery phase after the previous price decline. This signal reflects an improvement in actual purchasing power from the retail market and industrial kitchens.
According to market analysts, the slight upward trend may continue in the short term if there are no unexpected fluctuations in supply from individual farmers and large enterprises. However, a dramatic increase is unlikely due to high input costs for livestock farming, putting pressure on farmers' profits. In the coming days, live pig prices are expected to establish a more stable level, fluctuating around 63,000 - 68,000 VND/kg depending on the region.
