Analyzing short-term market trends
The live pig market has entered a phase of establishing a new price level after a period of slight recovery. Experts predict that in the short term, live pig prices are likely to continue to remain stable or only experience minor, localized fluctuations in some areas.
The likelihood of a sharp increase in pork prices in the near future is considered low due to moderate purchasing power in traditional markets and supermarkets. However, a significant decline is also unlikely because farming costs, especially feed prices and disease prevention costs, remain high. The market is currently in a state of supply-demand equilibrium, accurately reflecting the current state of production and consumption.
