The price of Pi on the OKX exchange on March 25, 2025, is fluctuating between $0.911 and $1.01 (equivalent to VND 23,330 to VND 25,840). As of the time of writing, the price of Pi on OKX has dropped sharply by 6% compared to yesterday's price of VND 24,400.
Over the past week, the price of Pi Coin has plummeted by 31%, leading many investors to question whether this is just a normal correction or if other factors are influencing the price.
Prior to the drop, Pi had remained stable around $1.50 for an extended period. Currently, the price has fallen to $0.86 before recovering to around $0.90.
Despite showing signs of recovery, Pi is facing strong resistance at the $1 level. If it breaks through this mark, Pi could reach $1.20. However, according to analysts, only when Pi surpasses $1.90 will it have a chance to rise back to the $3 region.
The decline in Pi is not an isolated phenomenon, but part of a general trend in the global cryptocurrency market. Major coins like Bitcoin and Ethereum are also undergoing significant corrections due to macroeconomic factors such as inflation, high interest rates, and prolonged global financial instability.

Can PiDaoSwap stop the decline?
Concerned about potential price manipulation on external exchanges, the Pi community is developing PiDaoSwap – a decentralized exchange (DEX). This platform is expected to help Pi accurately reflect its true market value.
PiDaoSwap is currently awaiting KYB verification approval from the Pi Core Team. Simultaneously, the exchange has also verified its identity on social media platform X.
Some reports indicate that bots are being used to manipulate the price of Pi on external exchanges. Meanwhile, the community remains disappointed that Binance has not yet listed the cryptocurrency, despite receiving much support.
However, PiDaoSwap also faced obstacles related to intellectual property policies. According to the Pi Core Team's regulations, any project with a name related to "Pi" must be approved. This caused the PiDaoSwap development team to worry about whether they would need to change the name before launch.
