The USD exchange rate continued its sharp rise today, with the current selling price at VCB (Vietnam Commercial Bank) being 24,535 VND. The global USD price surged. The central USD/VND exchange rate announced by the State Bank of Vietnam increased by 16 dong, to 24,076 VND/USD.
Currently, the USD exchange rate that commercial banks are allowed to trade is from 23,400 to 25,229 VND/USD. The selling rate has also been set by the State Bank of Vietnam's Exchange Department at the same range of 23,400 - 25,229 VND/USD.

This morning, the USD exchange rate and domestic foreign exchange rates saw a series of upward adjustments at various banks. Specifically, Vietcombank increased the buying rate by 5 dong to 24,195 and the selling rate to 24,535. The current buying and selling prices of USD are in the range of 23,400 - 25,300 VND/USD.
Japanese Yen exchange ratemild
The Japanese Yen exchange rates surveyed at various banks on the morning of September 26, 2023, are as follows:
At Vietcombank, the Japanese Yen buying rate is 159.60 VND/JPY and the selling rate is 168.95 VND/JPY, a decrease of 0.67 VND and 0.74 VND respectively. At Vietinbank, the Japanese Yen exchange rate decreased by 0.2 VND in both buying and selling directions, equivalent to 159.79 VND/JPY and 169.49 VND/JPY. At BIDV, it increased by 0.06 VND in the buying direction and 0.07 VND in the selling direction to 160.99 VND/JPY and 169.35 VND/JPY. At Agribank, the buying and selling rates are 161.93 VND/JPY and 165.94 VND/JPY respectively - an increase of 0.25 VND in both buying and selling directions.
At Eximbank, the exchange rate decreased by 0.22 VND on the buying side and 0.17 VND on the selling side, reaching 161.64 VND/JPY and 166.20 VND/JPY respectively. At Techcombank, the Japanese Yen exchange rate decreased by 0.15 VND on the buying side and 0.16 VND on the selling side, reaching 157.4 VND/JPY and 169.7 VND/JPY respectively. At Sacombank, the Japanese Yen exchange rate decreased by 0.1 VND on the buying side to 161.58 VND/JPY and by 0.14 VND on the selling side to 168.14 VND/JPY.
Thus, Agribank has the highest buying rate for the Japanese Yen and the lowest selling rate among the surveyed banks.

Specifically, the purchase price of coffee in Gia Lai and Kon Tum provinces on September 26th was 66,400 VND/kg. In Dak Nong province, coffee was purchased at the highest price of 66,800 VND/kg.
In Lam Dong province, in districts such as Bao Loc, Di Linh, and Lam Ha, the price of bulk green coffee beans (green coffee beans, fresh coffee beans) is 66,100 VND/kg.
In Cu M'gar district, Dak Lak province, the current price of coffee is 66,500 VND/kg. In Ea H'leo district and Buon Ho town, the same price is being paid: 66,600 VND/kg.
