VinFast car prices in March 2025: Drastic price reduction of nearly 200 million VND.
VinFast car prices in March 2025 will see a significant reduction of nearly 200 million VND. From March 2025 onwards, VinFast electric cars will no longer offer battery leasing options.
VinFast will implement new pricing from March 2025.
From March 2025, VinFast electric cars will no longer offer the battery leasing option when sold. However, the current price including the battery has been adjusted to be more attractive, making VinFast models more competitive compared to gasoline/diesel cars in the same segment.

According to the new price list published by dealers, the VinFast VF 3 is priced at only 299 million VND, while the top-of-the-line VF 9 model costs between 1.499 and 1.699 billion VND.
Notably, many models such as the VF 8 and VF 9 have seen price reductions of hundreds of millions of dong, making electric vehicles a more economical option.
Compared to its competitors in the same segment, the VinFast VF 7 is priced at 799 million VND. Meanwhile, the Mazda CX-5 is priced at 749 million VND, but after calculating registration fees, the on-the-road price is no less than 820 million VND.
Similarly, the VinFast VF 9 is priced from 1.499 billion VND, while the Hyundai Palisade – despite its smaller size – costs 1.469 billion VND, but after registration fees, the total cost is no less than 1.61 billion VND.
The Green vehicle line is designed for customers in the service business.
Besides mainstream electric vehicle models, VinFast is also developing the Green line of vehicles aimed at customers in the transportation business.
This line includes the Minio Green, Limo Green, Herio Green, and Nerio Green models. Of these, Herio Green and Nerio Green are developed from the VF 5 and VF e34, respectively.
The Minio Green is a smaller mini electric car than the VF 3, while the Limo Green is an MPV. Currently, the prices of the Green models have not been announced, but it is likely they will also be sold with batteries.
In addition, VinFast plans to launch another MPV model for individual customers this year, further expanding its product portfolio in the market.
