Entering March 2025, Honda dealerships are running a spring promotion for customers purchasing the Vision 2025 model.
According to a survey at several Honda dealerships, the popular Vision 2025 scooter is currently being offered at a discounted price by some dealers to attract buyers. The selling price of the standard version of the Vision is approximately 600,000 VND lower than the manufacturer's suggested retail price.
Currently, the price of the 2025 Vision scooter at Honda dealerships ranges from 30.5 to 37.5 million VND depending on the version. This price includes VAT but excludes registration fees and other taxes.

The on-the-road price of a Vision scooter in 2025 includes the price at the dealership (including VAT), registration fee, license plate fee, and civil liability insurance fee (60,000 VND).
Registration fee
In major cities and towns, the registration fee is 5% of the vehicle price. In other provinces, this fee is reduced to 2%.
License plate issuance fee
For vehicles priced over 40 million VND, the fee is 4 million VND in Zone I.
Cars priced from 15 to 40 million VND, with a fee of 2 million VND in Zone 1.
For vehicles priced under 15 million VND, the fee is 1 million VND in Zone 1.
Region I includes Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
The registration fee for Zone II is 800,000 VND and for Zone III is 150,000 VND.
Region II includes other centrally-governed cities, provincial cities, and towns.
