Vision 2025 motorcycle price in May 2025

Entering May 2025, the price of the Honda Vision 2025 at HEAD dealerships in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City has increased compared to the suggested retail price. However, to stimulate demand amidst declining purchasing power, some Honda HEAD dealerships are still implementing promotional programs for customers, while also making slight price reductions on some versions.

Currently, the Vision 2025 is sold at prices ranging from 34.2 to 38.5 million VND depending on the version (prices include VAT but exclude registration fees).

In Ho Chi Minh City, surveys at major dealerships such as Phat Tien, Viet Thai Quan, and ITC show that the on-the-road price of the Standard version is around 38 million VND.

In Hanoi, the on-the-road price of the Vision 2025 ranges from 38 to 42.5 million VND, depending on the version and time of purchase. Compared to before, the current price has cooled down significantly, reflecting the general downward trend in the market amidst the difficult economic situation.

According to experts, the price reduction for the Vision after its peak is understandable, similar to other popular Honda models like the Air Blade. Once the market stabilizes, prices will return to near the listed price to maintain competitiveness.

The on-the-road price of a Vision scooter in 2025 includes the price at the dealership (including VAT), registration fee, license plate fee, and civil liability insurance fee (60,000 VND).

Registration fee

In major cities and towns, the registration fee is 5% of the vehicle price. In other provinces, this fee is reduced to 2%.

License plate issuance fee

For vehicles priced over 40 million VND, the fee is 4 million VND in Zone I.

Cars priced from 15 to 40 million VND, with a fee of 2 million VND in Zone 1.

For vehicles priced under 15 million VND, the fee is 1 million VND in Zone 1.

Region I includes Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

The registration fee for Zone II is 800,000 VND and for Zone III is 150,000 VND.

Region II includes other centrally-governed cities, provincial cities, and towns.

Region III includes all remaining areas.
