Rescuing a man who fell into an abandoned well.
(Baonghean.vn) - At noon on December 31st, the Nghia Mai Commune Police (Nghia Dan District) announced that they had successfully rescued a citizen who had fallen into a well.
At approximately 8:00 AM on December 31st, the Nghia Mai Commune Police Station, Nghia Dan District, received a report about a citizen in the commune being assaulted.It fell down the well.
Upon receiving the information, the Nghia Mai commune police promptly mobilized forces and resources to rescue the victim. At 8:40 AM on the same day, they successfully rescued Mr. Nguyen Van Hung (born in 1973), residing in Mai Son village, Nghia Mai commune, from an abandoned well approximately 15 meters deep.

When he was pulled out of the well, Mr. Hung had many wounds on his body, suspected to be broken bones, and bleeding caused by tree branches piercing his skin. Mr. Hung also showed signs of having consumed alcohol beforehand.
The victim has now been taken by their family to Northwest General Hospital for emergency treatment.
