The lending is open, the tricks are sophisticated, and the percentage of debt is not recorded during the borrowing process, so it is very difficult to handle” - Colonel Nguyen Huu Cau said.

In 2018, the provincial police investigated and clarified 7 criminal cases related to black credit and are expanding the investigation of this case. In order to promptly detect and strictly handle. The head of the police sector requested voters to be extremely vigilant about financial support services, and at the same time requested the banking system to create favorable conditions for people to borrow capital.
There are situations where people sometimes borrow up to 300% of their debt, while according to the Criminal Code, if they borrow more than 5 times, the bank will prosecute them. But in the lending process, they use sophisticated tricks, only when the borrower is terrorized or their life is threatened do they report to the authorities.

Regarding firecrackers, the Provincial Police Director said, “Recently, the Provincial Police have seized more than 5 tons of firecrackers. There are people who transported up to 300 kg of firecrackers for sale. There was a wedding in Cua Lo town where firecrackers were openly set off. I have requested that these people be prosecuted. If the forces do not take drastic action from now until Tet, the situation of illegal firecracker trading will become complicated.”

Regarding fake war invalids in Nghe An, delegate Cau said: “At the end of 2018, Nghe An discovered 569 cases of “fake war invalids” with the amount of money to be recovered of 118 billion VND. The Provincial People's Committee has directed the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and the Provincial Military Command to recover invalid documents.
