Difficulty wading through mud and rushing water to deliver relief goods to people in flash flood areas

On the afternoon of October 3, relief shipments from various places arrived in Muong Xen town. However, because the main road of Muong Xen town was not yet open, the relief vehicles had to stop outside, about 1 km away from the flooded area.

The area affected by the flood is still very messy.
