(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of Vietnamese Women's Day, October 20th, on October 16th, the Party Committee, People's Committee, and Women's Association of Xieng My commune (Tuong Duong district) organized a gathering for the women of the commune. Attending the gathering was Ms. Ho Thi Ngan, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper.
The gathering was very enjoyable with many activities such as singing songs about love for the homeland and country, picking flowers of democracy, and a quiz about the activities of the Women's Association at the commune and district levels.

The Women's Association of Xieng My commune currently has 350 members.
