Handed over more than 150 kg of unclaimed fireworks

(Baonghean.vn) - Ms. Vo Thi Vy in Hamlet 20, Nghi Phu Commune, Vinh City discovered more than 150 kg of firecrackers hidden in 3 large sacks at the base of a bamboo tree in her backyard.empty near home.

On the afternoon of January 9, Ms. Vo Thi Vy discovered the above firecrackers. Afterwards, she and the surrounding people reported to the local authorities and transported the above firecrackers to Vinh City Police to hand them over.

Currently, the origin of the above fireworks is being investigated by the authorities to handle them in accordance with the law.

Previously, at around 5:00 p.m. on January 8, at Thang Long Street, Hamlet 15, Nghi Kim Commune, Vinh City, the Economic Police Team of Vinh City Police caught Nguyen Van H. (born in 1999), residing in Dien Nguyen Commune, Dien Chau District, red-handed for trading in prohibited goods.

The seized evidence was 36 kg of foreign-made fireworks. The case is under further investigation.
