The Vinh Diocese celebrated Easter 2019.
(Baonghean.vn) - Easter usually takes place in March or April each year to commemorate the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead after being crucified on the cross.
During the Easter season, according to Canon Law, Catholic believers, instead of participating in festivities, entertainment, and ostentatious displays, will make a pilgrimage to the Via Dolorosa in the Old City of Jerusalem to revisit the path of suffering where Jesus carried the cross to Calvary, in order to commemorate Jesus' Passion.
