Typhoon Kalmaegi: Forecast to make landfall in South Central Vietnam with wind gusts up to level 17.

Typhoon Kalmaegi is intensifying as it moves rapidly into the South China Sea, and is expected to make landfall in the South Central region of Vietnam on the night of November 6th - early morning of November 7th, causing strong gusts of wind and widespread heavy rain.

Typhoon No. 9, with gusts reaching level 17, is approaching the East Sea. From early morning on September 25th, coastal areas from Quang Ninh to Thanh Hoa will experience increasingly strong winds, reaching levels 6-7.

According to information from the National Center for Hydrometeorology, at 7:00 AM on September 23rd, Typhoon Ragasa, with gusts reaching level 17, was approximately 860km from Leizhou Island.
TYPHOON WARNING NO. 5 (at 11:00 AM on August 25th): Approximately 120km east-southeast of Nghe An province, wind gusts up to level 17.
