At around 11:00 p.m. on November 29, a patrol team of the Mobile Police Company, Mobile Police Department of the Provincial Police on duty in the Ngu Hai street area of Trung My block, Le Mao ward, Vinh city discovered and caught red-handed Dao Van Anh (born in 1976), residing in My Ly commune, Ky Son district, illegally possessing drugs.
Authorities seized two packages containing 280 ecstasy pills in Anh's shirt pocket.
He confessed that he bought the above drugs to hide for the purpose of using.
