At approximately 11 PM on November 29th, a patrol team from the Mobile Police Company, under the Provincial Police Department's Mobile Police Division, while on duty in the Ngu Hai street area of Trung My block, Le Mao ward, Vinh City, discovered and apprehended Dao Van Anh (born in 1976), residing in My Ly commune, Ky Son district, for illegally possessing narcotics.
Authorities seized two packages containing 280 ecstasy pills from inside the man's jacket pocket.
He confessed that he bought and hid the drugs with the intention of using them himself.

The suspect and evidence have now been handed over to the Vinh City Police for further investigation and processing in accordance with the law.
