Giàng A Vử, 52 years old, used a rock to beat a woman from the same village unconscious before throwing her into a ravine to steal nearly 15 million dong.
Vu, residing in Sin Cheng commune, Si Ma Cai district, was arrested by the Lao Cai Provincial Police on December 11th for investigation into his alleged crimes.Killing,Robbery.

Authorities allege that on the afternoon of December 9th, Vu encountered a 45-year-old woman from the same village in a hilly area near his home. He used a rock to knock her unconscious and then threw her into a ravine, but kept her bag and took 14.6 million VND.
After two days of searching, locals discovered the victim's body with many injuries.injuries.
Police identified Vu as the perpetrator, who had fled the area, so they set up roadblocks in many places, especially along the border with China.
Vu was arrested on the morning of December 11th while hiding in Nam Mon commune, Bac Ha district, about 50 km from the scene of the crime.
