Murder committed due to a dispute over noise while singing karaoke.

On January 19th, the Hoa Thanh Town Police Department, Tay Ninh Province, issued a decision.prosecuteThe case involves indicting Nguyen Tan Hoang Khanh (born in 1999, residing in Truong Xuan hamlet, Truong Hoa commune, Hoa Thanh town) on charges of "murder".

Earlier, at around 10:30 PM on January 15th, Khanh and his friend went to the house of Mr. Le Hoang Khai (born in 1986, residing in Truong Xuan Hamlet, Truong Hoa Commune, Hoa Thanh Town) to drink and sing karaoke using a portable speaker.

At this point, Mr. Nguyen Van Khanh (born in 1960), a neighbor of Mr. Khai, came over to complain about the noisy karaoke singing, so everyone turned off the speakers and stopped singing.

A heated argument then broke out between the two, and Mr. Khai intervened, advising Mr. Khanh to go home.

A short while later, Mr. Khanh and his son, Nguyen Trung Kien (born in 1985), returned to Mr. Khai's house carrying knives.

Seeing the two men carrying weapons, Mr. Khai tried to intervene again but was attacked by Nguyen Trung Kien, who chopped off his finger.

Mr. Nguyen Van Khanh approached Nguyen Tan Hoang Khanh, who was sitting with a hoe. Fearing an attack with the hoe, Khanh grabbed a pair of scissors that were on the table and stabbed Mr. Khanh in the neck, causing the victim to die later at the hospital.

After committing the crime, Nguyen Tan Hoang Khanh fled, but at 5 PM on January 17th, he surrendered to the Hoa Thanh Town Police and confessed to all his actions.

The case is being further investigated and handled by the Hoa Thanh Town Police in accordance with the law.
