Strong cold northeast wind level 6 in the North and North Central regions
Early this morning (November 8), cold air has affected most of the Northeast and some places in the Northwest. In the Gulf of Tonkin, there was strong northeast wind at level 6, gusting to level 8.

This morning (November 8), some places in the North and Thanh Hoa have showers and thunderstorms; from tomorrow (November 9), the weather will be sunny. Today, in the area from Nghe An to Quang Tri, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain, and in some places very heavy rain and thunderstorms. From now (November 8) to November 11, due to the influence of cold air combined with disturbances in the upper East wind zone, in the area from Thua Thien Hue to Khanh Hoa, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain, in some places very heavy rain and thunderstorms. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind. There is a risk of flash floods and landslides in mountainous areas and localized flooding in low-lying areas, low-lying areas, and riverside areas.
In the North and North Central regions, the weather will turn cold. In mountainous areas, it will be very cold with the lowest temperature of 15-18 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas 12-15 degrees Celsius, and in high mountainous areas below 8 degrees Celsius. The weather will turn cold with the lowest temperature commonly ranging from 15-18 degrees; from around the night of November 12, the lowest temperature may drop further.
