Northeast monsoon brings cold rain in the North

The cold air mass has been reported to be approaching the northern border of our country. It is forecasted that today (March 31), this cold air mass will affect the northern provinces of our country.

From this afternoon, in the Gulf of Tonkin, the North East Sea area (including the waters of the Hoang Sa archipelago) will gradually change to Northeast wind, gradually increasing to level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9; rough seas.
