He said that the parties have begun to legally formalize the agreements reached, but Mr. Podolyak did not disclose details. "As soon as the common legal formats of the two sides are drawn up, a specific meeting will be scheduled - the fourth round of negotiations. It may be tomorrow, the day after tomorrow. Perhaps there is no need to go further, just have talks. We have discussed all the issues, we are now trying to 'package' these issues into some legal format," he said.
The first stage of the talks took place on February 28. The dialogue lasted less than 5 hours, after which the delegations returned to the capital to consult on further action. The second round of talks took place on March 3. This time, the parties reached an agreement on the establishment of humanitarian corridors for civilians. The third round of talks took place on March 7. The dialogue lasted nearly 3 hours. During the meeting, the Russian side "raised the issue" of opening humanitarian corridors. In addition, the parties held a "final exchange of views" on the political block of the agenda, and also discussed the issue of a ceasefire and security guarantees.
